MEET THE TRAINER

 

Mark is certified by N.A.S.M and I.S.S.A. In addition to his certifications, he also holds a Bachelors in Exercise Science/Physiology along with 20 years of personal training experience. He is passionate about challenging his clients and focuses on making sure each movement is done with proper form. Mark uses his vast knowledge to accommodate each client's personal goals and uses a variety of techniques ranging from; Athletic Performance, Strength/Power, Bodybuilding, General Fitness, Mobility, Weight Loss, and other forms of fitness.

  • B.S. EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY & COACHING/CONDITIONING

  • NASM-CPT

  • ISSA

Throughout my years of training experience, I have developed a system that takes into account science-based techniques, challenging every aspect of fitness; from cardio to power/strength and even mobility. We will find ways to target your specific needs, address any injuries you may have, and help you reach your maximum potential through proper form, safe and effective techniques based on exercise science and research.
